This is a unique ocean art crystal resin piece in two different hues of blue, with copper foil detailing. It is a statement piece enhanced with glass crystals, created on a wooden canvas with layers of resin to create depth and the feeling that you are looking at the ocean. I used a special glitter infused sand tinted to a custom shade of blue to create a small island in the corner of this piece to act as a focal point, featuring two genuine ammonite fossils collected on the Jurassic shores of Yorkshire. The line work includes glitter lines and copper leaf lines and the sides of this piece are colour matched to the artwork. The canvas is birchwood and was treated before resin application.
